I of QLD, in consideration of being permitted to participate in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with Renegade Grappling and to use its equipment and facilities, on behalf of myself, my heirs, my family and my assigns, I hereby release Renegade Grappling and each of their respective officers, employees and agents, from any and all liability for injury, death, negligence, property loss or damage suffered by me as a result of my participation in the program, events, tournaments or my use of the facilities and its equipment, including travel to and from events, practice, training or any way associated with my participation in any and all activities with Renegade Grappling. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from such liability whether injury, loss or damage is caused in whole or in part by my fault or negligence, the fault or negligence of the Releasees or the fault or negligence of any third party. If any portion of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

I acknowledge that I know, understand, and appreciate the inherent risks of participating in this program, using the facilities or the equipment and of participating with Renegade Grappling. I know that these risks may include, but are not limited to minor scrapes, strains, bruises, as well as significant injuries such as broken bones, eye injury or loss, concussions, paralysis, and even death. By execution of this agreement, I fully assume the inherent risks associated with Renegade Grappling and assert that I am voluntarily participating in such activities. I understand that by signing below, I have read this release of liability, fully understand it, freely and voluntarily sign the same, and I am acting for myself, my heirs, my family, personal representatives, and assigns.

This waiver and Release shall be governed in accordance with the substantive and procedural laws of the State of Queensland without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. All disputes arising hereunder shall be brought in the state courts having jurisdiction of Buderim, Queensland and I hereby waive any jurisdictional or venue defenses otherwise available to me.

I hereby CONSENT to allow Renegade Grappling or its designee to photograph, videotape and/or audio-record my image and/or voice. I hereby grant Renegade Grappling the rights to use, reproduce, assign, and/or distribute my image, voice, name and/or likeness in any media whatsoever for any educational, promotional and/or commercial purpose, in its sole discretion, without consideration or payment to me. Renegade Grappling and its successors and assigns shall own all rights, title and interest, including the copyright, to any such photograph, videotape and/or audio recordings.
